Support through qualifying and beyond

We offer a mentoring program to help apprentices and trainees and other workers retain and complete their qualification.

Our objective is simple - we assist Indigenous and Torres Strait islander people to gain their qualification, retain and keep their jobs, traineeships and apprenticeships.

Our mentoring program focuses on:

• Encouraging, promoting and recognising achievements in Indigenous employment
• Working collaboratively with each worker, apprentice/trainee
• Providing a one-on-one mentoring service to industry and business.
