Our client is currently seeking applications for an Indigenous Labourer to join their team.  This is an opportunity to join an established local employer for ongoing work opportunities. The employer is proud to be a pioneer Fresh Food direct supplier to major food retailers since 1985 making the company one of the longest standing direct suppliers of any fruit and vegetable product in Australia. The farm also proudly serves directly into major food outlets such as Mrs Crockets Kitchen, McDonalds and the like.

Position Description:

Start 5am for an 8 hour shift
Ability work to in hot house conditions
Training provided, ability to follow directions
No skills required, physical labouring role
Role is working in HOT conditions
Must have good work attitude


Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Previous horticulture experience would be advantageous but not essential
Full training provided
Be reliable, consistent and punctual
Have a positive attitude
