Indigenous IT Traineeship

Concept IT Systems is looking to recruit a trainee.
As a Trainee, you will complete a Certificate III or IV in Information Technology over a 12-month period, whilst gaining valuable hands-on industry experience in a supportive environment.

Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply!

Position Description:

Assist with first level helpdesk support
Provide basic support for software applications (Microsoft Office, Windows and Apple environments and other basic software applications)
Provide hardware support
Basic PC and peripheral hardware operation
Assist with hardware and software installations and maintenance
Assist with general office duties
To perform any other duties within the scope of the position as directed

The successful candidate will be:

Demonstrated technical competency
A proficient problem solver with attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly personality
Mature approach to work
Great attitude towards new challenges & professional development
Strong organisational skills
Prior customer service experience is beneficial
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Requirements:

Prescreening and registration with IWS required
