Our client, a major business in the Water Industry, has booked a job one hour north of Rockhampton. The job is an above ground pipeline and is expected to go for 6/7 months.

Our client designs and delivers infrastructure solutions for a wide range of industry sectors, providing a broad spectrum of technical capabilities to serve the diverse needs of government departments, regional and metropolitan councils, and the private sector.

Position Description:

  • Connect pipe pieces and seal joints
  • Install and repair sanitary and storm water sewer structures and pipe systems
  • Cover pipes with earth or other materials

Position Requirements:

  • Machine operator (Excavator, Roller, Dozer, HR, Skid Steer, Grader, etc)
  • Labourer - Must be fit and team player, white card, prefer experience in one or more of the following - Water industry, pipe laying, civil works.
  • Available for duration of the job
  • Working at heights or confined spaces

Candidate Attributes:

  • Team player, good attitude.
  • Physically capable of working long hrs, up to 50hrs a week.
  • Have all own PPE - S/C boots, high vis, hard hat
