The Role:

You will work in a fast-paced and busy call centre environment, managing a diverse range of customer enquiries to retain loyal customers. You will regularly problem solve across a range of call-types to achieve the right outcome for our customers and business. You will ensure the customer journey is efficient, highly engaging, supportive, compliant, and in line with company processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

A key responsibility will be to retain existing business by applying highly developed communication and negotiation skills. You will take ownership of customer queries and see these through to completion with a focus on addressing customer needs the first time. In managing customer enquiries, you will be resilient, receptive to feedback, and utilise several internal databases concurrently. Your performance will be measured against set key performance indicators and you will be expected to adhere to the established operating rhythm of the business.

Hours and availability:

You will work on a rotating roster in a part-time capacity (30 hours per week) you can work anywhere between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday every two weeks. You will be provided with two months paid training and will be paid a starting salary of $60,036.46 including superannuation (full time equivalent) of 10%. In addition to your salary you will receive shift allowances for any additional hours or weekend work. You will also participate in our monthly incentive scheme where high performance sees additional earning opportunities.
