Our client, a global leader in the resources and agriculture sectors, are currently seeking an Indigenous Site Administrator Assistant to work at their Bajool Site assisting the Site Manager. This is a flexible part-time role working 25 hours per week and the successful candidate will need to reside locally and have the ability to access their site easily.

Some duties include:

Collect data from meetings, distribute minutes and generate actions
Manage document control on site – filing/archiving/security of shared drive
Manage the ordering and supply of uniforms, PPE, stationery
Organise travel arrangements for visitors and site personal
Adhere to all Company HSE policies and procedures


Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Previous experience in a similar role
At least 2 years Office Administrator experience
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills
Establish and maintain good working relationships with managers and employees
