Skilled Labourer ready to take the next step or had some exposure working as a Leading Hand and are keen to further develop your skills and grow into a senior role. Working closely with the Site Supervisor, help to ensure homes are ready for handover to their new homeowners. A permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday.

Position Description:

  • Completing any scope gap jobs from other trades in preparation for client handover, this can include paint touch ups, basic carpentry and plastering
  • Conducting quality assurance (QA) checks on homes, creating lists to be sent out to trades and contractors
  • Organising materials from delivery and allocating where they should be
  • Liaising with contractors onsite
  • Support in managing house and site clean ups

Position Requirements:

  • Must hold a current white card
  • Experience on construction sites, residential would be advantageous, working as a Leading Hand or experienced Labourer
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate or a refresher can be arranged
  • Have your own PPE - steel caps and high-vis and if you have your own tools but can be provided if not
  • Current drivers licence and reliable transport to get to/from work
