Indigenous Facilities Caretaker

We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Caretaker to lead the care and upkeep of this large, vibrant lifestyle community. You'll also play a key role in managing contractors, supervising team members and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Position Description:
- Full-time permanent role | Monday to Friday |6am - 2pm
- Maintain and enhance large-scale gardens, grounds and amenities
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across the site
- Supervise contractors and team members reporting directly to you
- Ensure safety compliance and uphold high operational standards
- Build strong, respectful relationships with homeowners
- Manage community security and operational budgets
- Participate in regular Caretaker meetings and complete required reporting
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large, scaled gardens and grounds as well as experience in general maintenance and amenity cleaning
- Background in caretaking or maintenance within lifestyle communities, retirement living, schools, or hotels/resorts
