We believe meaningful work strengthens families, communities and long-term economic independence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Our programs provide tailored, holistic support that builds confidence, develops skills and creates sustainable employment pathways across Central Queensland.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Program Co-Ordinator delivers the TAEG program across Central Queensland, supporting First Nations participants into training and employment through culturally safe mentoring, strong case management and coordinated wrap-around supports.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will recruit and support participants, develop individual Training and Support Plans, and work closely with employers, training providers and community partners to achieve strong program outcomes.
