Reporting to the Senior Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, this is a permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday.

Describe the client:

Position Description:

  • Getting houses ready for quality inspections
  • Completing any scope gap jobs from other trades in preparation for client handover
  • QA inspections on homes and making list to be sent out to trades and contractors
  • Organising materials from delivery and allocating where they should be
  • Liaising with contractors onsite
  • House/site clean ups

Position Requirements:

  • Construction site experience or similar, working as a Leading Hand or experienced Labourer
  • A trade certificate in any of the following such as Carpentry, Plumber or any other services trade preferable but not essential
  • Must hold a current white card
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate or a refresher can be arranged
  • Have your own PPE - steel caps and high-vis and if you have your own tools but can be provided if not
  • Current drivers licence and reliable transport to get to/from work, and if you hold any other licences such as Forklift or Bobcat ideal but not essential
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
