Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our Workforce Australia team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of employment consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving performance targets, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employment consultants to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Australia program, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the employment services or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Workforce Australia program and the employment services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
