Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our Workforce Australia team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of employment consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving performance targets, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employment consultants to achieve KPIs and performance targets.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Australia program, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, community organizations, and government agencies.

• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Provide regular coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.

• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the employment services or a related sector.

• Strong knowledge of the Workforce Australia program and the employment services industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
