Indigenous Assistant Facilities Caretaker

We're looking for a hands on and community minded Assistant Facilities Caretaker to join our team in Buderim. This is a fulltime, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, where you'll play a key role in keeping our beautiful community looking its best.
We're looking for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a closeknit community environment.

Position Description:
- Help maintain gardens, landscaping, pool and shared community areas to a high standard.
- Support general maintenance of facilities, equipment and communal spaces.
- Assist with cleaning and upkeep of recreation amenities.
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment for homeowners and staff.
- Provide facility support and assist with onsite security where required.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in gardening, landscaping or general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high presentation standards.
- Familiarity with community centred environments is beneficial (e.g., resorts, retirement living, education or similar).
- Practical hands on capability with tools, equipment and grounds maintenance.
- A current driver licence and reliable transport for commuting.
